Sharpie was Ken’s pick of litter from the 2010 Bart X Skye litter. She was actually going to be Sherry’s but she got too attached to Ken and would only work for him. She was a great chore dog working off of her own natural talent as she only had a few commands which were basically stay, out, down and that’ll do. With those few commands I took her to a trial on a dare (thanks Melanie) and she earned her started sheep title in 2 runs. That was about as much as I could get her to do for me. Now that Ken has started trialing and training dogs he sure wishes he had done the same with her. As it turned out, Sherry eventually ended up with Sharpie and Colts litter sister Oakley and she made history. Things just work out the way they should. Sharpie produced 2 litters at Sliding S. One litter by Pard and the other by Sisco.
